Where Lifelong Passions Meet Professional Care

Jessica Nicole, founder of South City Sound, smiles against an orange backdrop

Jessica Nicole, our founder, understands firsthand the profound impact that life experiences can have on the nervous system. After navigating significant challenges, including childhood trauma, neglect, and exposure to addiction during her formative years, Jessica spent years struggling with attachment difficulties, alcohol dependency, and chronic emotional dysregulation.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Jessica made the life changing decision to stop drinking and begin a deep healing journey. Through dedicated personal work and a commitment to nervous system regulation, they gradually transformed their relationship with themselves and the world around them. Sound healing became a pivotal part of that transformation, helping to cultivate the sense of peace, balance, and resilience they experience today.

Now living a grounded, fulfilling, and peaceful life, Jessica is passionate about helping others discover their own capacity for healing. Through their work, they aim to create supportive spaces where individuals can reconnect with themselves, regulate their nervous systems, and move toward greater well being and wholeness.
