A group meditative experience where participants lie down and are immersed in the healing vibrations and resonant tones of instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes.

About the event
Please arrive 5 minutes early to get settled in, the door will be locked promptly at 7pm. Park in the lot closest to White Castle and use the call box for entry. There will be yoga mats, couch mats, pillows and blankets at the studio for you. Feel free to bring your own comfort items as well. Be prepared to remove your shoes before entering. The sound bath will last for an hour with a ten minute buffer available to accommodate any timing issues prior to or post sound bath.
