Science of Sound & Our Bowls - Sound Bath St. Louis
Each sound practitioner curates a unique set of instruments, most notably crystal bowls that each produce specific notes and frequencies. Every sound bath provider in St. Louis can give you a unique experience for that reason alone.
Each note resonates with a different chakra so the bowls you hear can profoundly shape your experience. Meet ours!
At South City Sound, our crystal set features:
2x G, 2x B, 1x E, 1x D
That means we’re dialed in to support your:
Throat Chakra (G) - better communication and clearer self-expression
Crown Chakra (B) - deeper understanding and heightened intuition
Solar Plexus Chakra (E) - clarity of mind and confident decision-making
Sacral Chakra (D) - more pleasure, creativity, sexuality, and joy
Ready to feel the shift? Book your next sound bath and experience it for yourself.
